Synopsis: VisMa, now a “god”, came back home to the planet yet to find same old sets of laws governing the lives of deaf people below. But it also discovered new development among humanity: cities, laws for the common good, and worship of the words on the scroll. VisMa altered the old Archae Law into Hebra’s Law to see what happens.
