Three Years Later, Murdered Deaf Woman Receives No Justice

Remember Chris Lambert?  He’s the deaf ex-boyfriend arrested and charged in the fatal stabbing of Tallie Antolin (her body was stored at a balcony outside her apartment for four days in the sweltering heat in North Carolina).
