Morning, everyone…
I’m testing this after playing around the plugins, options, etc. For the life of me, I couldn’t understand why “Add webcam comments” wouldn’t work at all. I’ve contacted the deafread team and await for their replies, hopefully.
Once I get everything all figured out and set up, I’ll start blogging/vlogging.
However I can keep you posted from time to time during my testing with this.

Crazy, indeed!

Webcam finally works. Tayler had told me some certain themes won’t work well with webcam comments. So that’s why I changed this theme and see if this works. Sure enough, it works like charm!
Now I’m trying to find a time to do vlog. I’m not sure if I can try it tonight or tomorrow in the hotel room while I’ll be on my business trip to Boston (Framingham) and on Friday and Saturday, I’ll be working at ASL Expo. Obviously, my hubby and I will be staying up in Massachusetts for the whole weekend.
We didn’t even pick up the pumpkins!
We may have to pick up some next Monday if they have any left since I make lots of homemade pumpkin pies, breads, cookies, etc. My goal is to make pumpkin butter this year for the first time.

Hey, I just submitted this to Deafread. IT WORKS! So obviously it must be the theme that blocked me from submitting, etc.
Now I know what to do with those but I haven’t yet tried to embed vlog here but will do sometime this week!

Geo, if your website is WordPress-like style, then you can contact Shane Feldman on how he did it to DeafDC. Just find his bio and you should find his email address. I think it is just following the directions from Riffly.com. But there can be more than that.
However if your website is not WP-like style, then there is nothing we can do till Riffly upgrade themselves.
