The Jewish Eugenic Movement is pretty much dead, one of the worst and most effective movement that destroyed many Jewish families by Adolf Hitler until the world stopped him. To this day, there are some Jewish eugenic group of people that still destroy the Jewish rights but there are many group or organizations that keeps their eyes on these villains. These group or organizations are Anti-Defamation League, etc. They stop the defamation of the Jewish people.
There are many other powerful organizations that keep eyes on villain groups such as KKK, White Supremacy, Aryan, etc. etc.
But “The American Deaf Eugenic Movement” is still alive and it is growing more powerful and seems to be ACCEPTABLE by the American society!!!!!
Do the American people have the same philosophy as AGBell,….ban sign language, use the oppressive oral methods for most deaf children that fail to have sensible speech ability.
Or is it that the American people have and are still brainwashed to accept AGBell’s language eugenic philosophy?
You might say, “Aw, come on, teaching speech is harmless to Deaf children”.
But the ramification from AGBell’s eugenic philosophy has MANY untold stories about how millions of Deaf citizens have been deprived their language development before the age of 6 years old, the prime time to develop the cognitive language for any child.
Do you think it is time that we need to stop AGBell’s eugenic philosophy and its organization from destroying the deaf children’s need of having cognitive language which is Bilingual method, ASL/English.
You might say,……”John, why don’t you do something about it rather than talk about it?”
I have started on it already. Have you read the MindField book? Ask your friend to borrow the book.
And I am not done, I will write another book…..focusing on stopping AGBell’s eugenic philosophy.
Many of you need to get together and how we can fight/stop AGBell’s eugenic movement…..that gave Adolf Hitler the idea to destroy millions of people’s lives.
A seed of thought,…..many of you Deaf film/movie makers can make a documentary movie ten times better than “Thought Deaf Eyes”

Could you, John Egbert elobrate on the American Deaf Eugenics Movement nowaday?
What kind of examples?
Invasive surgery on deaf babies and youngsters like cochlear implants without their consents?
Discourgage sign language development among deaf youngster with CI?
Deny deaf youngster and their parent their request for transfering their own deaf child to the socially inclusive facility of the deaf, ex. residential school or day school?
And other mores???
That is what you are talking about?
The society at large seems hopeful for scientific miracles from human clonings to pre-birth fetal screening for possible extermination or DNA manipulation. Whose fault? Ours for embracing technology too much?
You know why I oppose any idea of dehumanizing our humanity thru overdependency on technology itself.
The Neo-Luddism movement would take care of the American Deaf Eugenics Movement to reject the forced CI surgery on deaf babies and youngsters and treat them like an individual, not a property of parents of deaf child.
How can we make the society at large to see children as real individual, not collective property of parents themselves to keep from having invasive CI surgery in the first place?

Maybe I should have said, AGBell’s language eugenic philosophy for the Deaf.
“The deprivation of Deaf people’s sign language(ASL) development before the age of 6 years old, the prime time to develop the cognitive language for any child”.
AGBell organization bans sign language for deaf children and we need to stop them from telling parents of deaf children that sign language should be forbidden to teach.

Can we safely say that AGB’s eugenic philosophy is racist? The definition of this type of racism is based on “a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination” (from http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/racist). Or should we limit the term as well as ourselves to the color of skin?
