More Deaf schools need hearing people like her -- a true ally of the Deaf community. It sickens me that many deaf schools, as well as mainstreaming programs, do not and many of those are audists, who do not deserve interaction with deaf members and belong in the Deaf community. Many of them will not get the support Jane got from the Deaf community nationwide, that's for sure! Thank you, Jane, and stand up to these crooks!!! More Deaf schools need hearing people like her — a true ally of the Deaf community. You have our full support and I am glad my former middle school prinicpal, Nancy Rarus, has lent a hand to help you! ASDB was at its best while Rarus and you worked there. It was their loss when both of you left! It appears to me the deaf community in Salem is rallying for your return to OSD and you have them behind you. I pray you will be reinstated!
