Most deaf students understand better with ASL and bi-bi. In hearing world, there are more hearing people learning ASL. ASL is 100% in Deaf world.. yes, but you forgot about the education. Most deaf students understand better with ASL and bi-bi. In hearing world, there are more hearing people learning ASL.
